We had a lovely display of plants for our Spring Show,

although the number of entries was down to 47 with two

table groups, owing to many members’ plants having

suffered a very cold winter affecting the flowering time.

Thank you to everyone who helped and made the day run smoothly. Stan and Heike helped our show secretary Kerstin with the competitive tables, a team of members worked hard in

the kitchen to serve the delicious food provided by members.

Jackie and Tina put on a good tombola, Keith was on the door for most of the day, and lots of people helped on the raffle.

Bill put up the signs in the hall and Martin, Rupert and Justine did the road signs.

Although we had good coverage in the press and all our posters were up the number of people through the door was down.
